Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At PGP Associates (a proprietary advisory firm operated by Dr. P.G. Prabakaran, Chennai), we strive to deliver high-quality advisory services. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or cancellations may be requested for paid consultation bookings. Advisory sessions are priced at ₹4,999 per 30-minute session.

2. Client-Initiated Cancellations

Clients may cancel a booked session subject to the following conditions:

  • Cancellation 48+ hours before the session: A full refund of ₹4,999 will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • Cancellation within 48 hours of the session: No refund will be provided. You may request a one-time reschedule subject to availability.
  • No-shows: Clients who do not attend their booked session without prior notice forfeit their session fee.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided in the following cases:

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session.
  • No-shows or failure to attend a booked session.
  • Dissatisfaction after a session has been delivered (partially or fully).

4. Cancellation by PGP Associates

Refunds will be provided only when PGP Associates cancels a booked session due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a full refund of ₹4,999 or an alternative session at no additional cost.

5. Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule a booked session at least 24 hours before the scheduled time, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the session, or after a no-show, will not be accommodated.

6. Refund Process

When a refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Refunds are processed via Razorpay. The actual credit to your account may take additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.
